Welcome to Canal!

Here at Canal, we believe you should be able to sell more, your way. Hence, we created the following developer resources to help you get up and running with the Canal API.

How do I get started?

If you don’t have access to Canal yet, please request it here. If you have received access, please visit the Canal App, confirm that your login credentials work, and complete the onboarding process there. Please note that you will need to add a credit card or link a bank account to complete onboarding. If you have any issues, contact us at [email protected] Once you have completed this, please visit the Onboarding Guide for details on next steps. You can expect the complete onboarding process to take approximately one week.

Once you have login credentials, you can refer to either the Storefront Onboarding Guide or Supplier Onboarding Guide depending on your needs.

Note: If you are looking to add Canal to a Shopify store, please reach out for access to Canal's Shopify app. You will be able to complete everything directly from there.
